Every order means the world to our family, and we're honored to handcraft each bar especially for you.
🌿 Made-to-Order & Pre-Order
At Mabrielle Soap Co., all of our handcrafted soaps are made to order.
Rather than producing large quantities in advance, we carefully create each batch after your order is placed to ensure every bar receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.
Because of this, all orders are considered pre-orders.
🧼 Why Does It Take Time?
Our soaps are handcrafted using the traditional cold process method, which requires a natural curing period.
Each batch is carefully cured for 4–6 weeks to allow excess moisture to evaporate and to produce a harder, longer-lasting bar.
We believe quality should never be rushed, and proper curing is an essential part of creating a premium handcrafted soap.
📅 Processing & Delivery Time
Because every order is handcrafted and cured before shipping, please allow approximately:
30–45 days from the date your order is placed until delivery.
This timeframe includes:
Handcrafting your soap
Natural curing (4–6 weeks)
Careful packaging
USPS shipping and delivery
We appreciate your patience as we create your order with care.
📦 Shipping Carrier
We currently ship within the United States using USPS.
All orders include a USPS tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
📍 Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Mabrielle Soap Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
📬 Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 2-3 days of the delivery date.
We'll do our best to help resolve the issue with USPS.
