Mabrielle Soap Co. is a family-owned business in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches
using the traditional cold process method with thoughtfully selected ingredients and careful attention to quality.

What is cold process soap?
Cold process soap is handcrafted by combining oils and lye through a natural soap-making process. Each bar is then cured for several weeks to create a long-lasting, gentle cleansing bar.

Are your soaps handmade?
Yes. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches by our family.

How long does one bar last?
With proper care, most bars last approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on usage and storage.

How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap on a well-draining soap dish between uses and allow it to dry completely to help extend its life.

Are your soaps suitable for everyday use?
Our handcrafted soaps are designed for everyday cleansing. As with any skincare product, discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes. We currently ship within the United States using USPS with tracking.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Can I return my order?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
